  3. Familiarity with sales department responsibilities, including:
    • Designing and preparing strategic implementation plans and feasibility studies related to the company's field.
    • Developing comprehensive organizational sales plans and strategies and presenting them to senior management.
    • Monitoring sales within the company.
    • Increasing the number of clients and attracting more of them.
    • Achieving sales targets.
    • Maintaining a continuous balance between sales demand and supply, which may include goods, products, and services.
    • Comparing profit and revenue values.
    • Successfully managing and supervising the sales department to achieve its targets.
    • Building and establishing good relationships with customers and understanding their strategies.
    • Directing sales department employees and allocating tasks.
    • Increasing the company's profit margin.
    • Studying market needs and requirements, analyzing the job market, and meeting customer needs.
    • Pricing the services, goods, and products offered by the company.
    • Developing marketing plans and coordinating them with marketing officials in the company in terms of marketing and promoting new products, services, and goods.
